I acknowledge your choice to live a wholesome experience. With the help of this course we can begin to take one small step at a time and create well being on a day to day basis.
I have created three videos (one for each : mind-body-heart) and three supporting worksheets that you can begin with at your own time and pace. Although you can watch the videos and do the worksheets in any order, it is best suggested to do only one video along with its supporting worksheet on that day. For example, if you are starting with the Mind video then it is best suggested to write through the ‘Free Your Mind’ worksheet on the same day.
